The renovation of pieces, also called "reman", based on the standard change, is a part of the automotive industry. The ensemble of institutions and federations of remanufactures is defined as a remanufactured piece like a piece that has been remade with a function equivalent to the new piece of origin. It is made on the base of an existing piece (carcasse), in the cadre of a standardized industrial process in line with particulate specification techniques. A remanufactured piece is guaranteed by the new piece, which is identified by the name and the name of the remanufactured item and is indiqué. »*

Specializing in the rebuilding of automotive parts, ATI also follows a strict process of rectification and replacement of all wear elements of a product in order to be able to market it as a remanufactured part.

Through this process, we ensure the collection of carcasses. Used parts, including all grease, are reprocessed by accredited organizations.

Our business specializes in the rebuilding of automotive parts. We renew and repair all wear components on the products we sell. Our specifications are established taking into account all the machining and assembly tolerances defined by the manufacturer.

First essential step:

Identification:

Every part entering the factory is identified, referenced, and stored in its original form for integration into the production program.

Second step: manufacturing.

There are several production phases:

- Washing
- Disassembly
- Qualification of all components: compliant – to be ground – scrap.

The components are processed with appropriate skills and tools:

- For mechanical parts and bearings: Machining using a fleet of high-precision CNC machines, lathes, and hand tools.
- For hydraulic parts: replacement of all seals and segments to ensure watertightness and proper operation of the products. These are new OE-quality seals.
- For electrical and electronic components: replacement of plugs and connectors, electronic components, or complete boards, reset, programming, and configuration of boards. In a specially dedicated electronics soldering workshop. Assembly: Once all the components have been refurbished, final assembly takes place, just as a new product production plant would, but with reconditioned components.

Next comes the final inspection and testing phase:

Dimensional and functional tests using test benches. The test benches replicate the vehicle's environment. This allows the product to be tested as closely as possible to normal operating conditions.

Final stage: Finishing, packaging, and storage awaiting shipment.
